Damaged Items
Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage.If you cannot check your item then please indicate upon the signature request that your item has not been checked.Please DO NOT sign & it as checked if you have not checked it. If it looks faulty please refuse it and email us with your order number. In the case of any faulty items please e-mail us at: info@plumbuniverse.co.uk. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem & order number. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your delivery. .

Missing Items
In such cases please email us at info@plumbuniverse.co.uk with your order number and an explanation of the problem and we shall deal with your problem with minimal hassle.

Unwanted Goods
If you purchased the goods online then you may cancel your purchase at any time before we send a dispatch notifcation and we will give you a full refund, including delivery charges.

If the item has already been sent out then please email us with your order number to notify us of your return request. All items must be returned in an unused condition, complete in a re-saleable condition. Please indicate the order number within the package.

It is your responsibility to pay for the carriage cost of returning the goods to us and to ensure that the items reach us safely and in a satisfactory condition.

In the event that you are entitled to a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
