Missing, Damaged or Incorrect orders
All products are dispatched in perfect condition. Please check your item at the time of delivery. If you notice that items are missing or damaged then please email us with you order number within 72 hours.WE CANNOT COVER DAMAGED ITEMS IF YOU SIGN IT AS CHECKED AT DELIVERY.
Unfortunately We are currently unable to send goods to customers overseas.
All deliveries are subject to clearance of funds and stock availability, this combined with the third party nature of courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery dates, occasionally goods may arrive late. Invariably this is to do with factors outside of Plumb Universe control. For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries.
